Setting up TraceMy.Mobi service is quick and easy, whether you are an individual user or a large business.

Set-up your device

Any cellular phone or other mobile device you wish to track using the TraceMy.Mobi service must first have the TraceMy.Mobi software installed and configured. Once the program is installed, it will run in the background so you can use your device normally. Periodically (at an interval of your choice), or when you log-in to your account and 'ping' your device, the TraceMy.Mobi device software will determine your location with GPS and then send that location to our servers. To set-up the TraceMy.Mobi software on your device:

Download the TraceMy.Mobi software for your device.
Start the downloaded installer program if it does not start automatically, and allow the downloaded program file to install completely.
Follow the on-screen directions prompting you to either register as a new user or log-in with an existing user name.

Set-up your account

Once the TraceMy.Mobi software is installed on your mobile device, you can begin using the service immediately by logging in to this website (http://tracemy.mobi/). The first time you log in to TraceMy.Mobi, you will be prompted to enter some information about yourself, such as your name and address. Enter and submit the information about yourself, and you can begin tracking your mobile device.

When your free trial is complete, you will no longer be able to log into your account. To renew your TraceMy.Mobi service, log into TraceMy.Mobi and select 'Account'. You can add a preferred billing payment method here. If your account is not refilled, and your service expires, you can always reactivate your account later.

Use the service

To use the TraceMy.Mobi cell phone tracking service, simply log in to TraceMy.Mobi with the user name and password you used when setting up the device.

From your home screen, you can locate devices, set-up time and location 'fences', movement & speed alerts, and much more, for any device you are permitted to locate or manage.
