Download & Install TraceMy.Mobi

Welcome to TraceMy.Mobi! Before you install our mobile phone location software or locate a lost phone, ensure you've reviewed and agree to the TraceMy.Mobi terms and conditions and privacy policy. Installing the TraceMy.Mobi software and creating an account consitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Download the TraceMy.Mobi installer

NOTICE! TraceMy.Mobi is still in early development stages. If you encounter errors while using TraceMy.Mobi, please contact us and describe the issue you are encountering.

Download the TraceMy.Mobi installer and run it on your mobile phone.

Select "Activate TMM" to begin installation. TraceMy.Mobi works with GPS-enabled PocketPC and Smartphone devices running Windows Mobile 5 or 6.

2. Set up your TraceMy.Mobi account

A TraceMy.Mobi account is used to log into the TraceMy.Mobi website when you wish to locate your device. If you don't already have one, use the installer to create a new TraceMy.Mobi account by selecting "Yes" at the new user prompt and complete the registration form.

To add an additional device, or to re-install TraceMy.Mobi on your device, select "No" at the new user prompt and enter your TraceMy.Mobi login credentials.

3. Activate your mobile phone

Ensure your ten-digit mobile number is entered correctly, and choose a four digit PIN which will be used to change settings on your device later.

4. TraceMy.Mobi is installed

Enjoy your TraceMy.Mobi service! We hope you never lose your phone, but if you do, TraceMy.Mobi can help you recover it.
